Each Session Includes:
- A video session where Desiree explains valuable learnings about the topic; all the videos can be subtitled. You could watch the videos alone or with your partner on your computer or phone.
- A transcript of the video enabling you to read it instead.
- A Homework booklet that will summarise the main learnings for each session, explain what to be mindful of, and list the key takeaways. Additionally, it will provide you with interactive homework tasks and playful activities, aiming to immediately implement the newly acquired ‘love skills for life’ covered in each session.
- It includes fillable PDFs so you can fill it in on your computer when necessary. The homework guides you on implementing the learnings and instantly putting the tools and skills into practice.
